1. Pick your dates
Every item shows live availability and the exact price for your dates. Days are counted inclusively: collect from 10am on the first day and return by 5pm on the last. Any full 7 days is charged at the weekly rate, roughly four days’ worth; the leftover days are charged daily but never more than a week.
2. Create an account and book
Enter your details once, including a photo ID number we check at collection. Pay online or by bank transfer. A refundable security deposit is added to every booking and shown clearly before you confirm.
3. Collect or get it delivered
Collection from our Kottawa studio is free. Courier delivery and collection within Colombo and its suburbs is Rs. 2,500 both ways; we deliver the day before your hire starts and collect the day after it ends. Island-wide delivery is quoted per booking. Everything is tested, cleaned, charged and formatted before it leaves.
4. Shoot, then return
Bring the kit back by 5pm on your last day. We check it in while you wait, and your deposit is refunded to the same card or account within three working days. Late returns are charged at the daily rate per day, taken from the deposit first.
Who can hire
Anyone over 18 with a Sri Lankan address and photo ID (NIC, passport or driving licence). First-time customers may be asked for proof of address. Drones must be registered with the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL), and commercial flights need a CAASL permit. For long hires or production packages, ask us for a quote.
